Q. What Trader has influenced your life the most and why?
A. Brian Watt & Yvan Byajee
Q. What was one of the hardest things for you to overcome in Trading?
A. That higher leverage means less ability to maneuver a trade
Q. How has your trading process evolved over the years?
A.I started as a technical trader as it was more inviting and easier to get into. But left me with no cash to show for. I loved understanding the machine behind markets and why markers move. I took a liking to logic driven markets and the ability to limit my losses and scale my upside as trends emerged.
Q. What is one attribute that you believe every trader should have?
A. Fast thinker, regardless if you’re a scalper or position trader. I believe a top trader is able to look at data, news and price and make a snap quick decision if it’s worth acting on or not.
Q. Favorite Book about Trading?
A. The essence of trading psychology- by Yvan Byajee
Q. If you had to pick a profession other than trading, what would it be?
A. I’d be a Rockstar
Q. What’s the best advice you received about Trading?
A. The next trade finds you not the other way around.
I like that advice a lot as it takes a lot of pressure off from me to perform and allows me to find and wait for sweet spots
Q. If you can give a piece of advice to the younger you, what would it be?
A. 3% gain a month now compounded is more than You’ll have in 10 years than I have now
Q. Favorite thing to do when not Trading?
A. Spending time with my Family and running
