A. They all have their place, but Boxing because getting hurt is part of life and you have to learn how to keep on going.

A.  Not having any backing as an outcoming pro.  Had to figure out how to get good without the people around to help.

Q. How has your daily routine evolved over the years?
A. Much bigger advocate of sleep.

A. Grit

A. Skin in the Game

A. Put down the bottle for the rest of your career.
